At this Deepening the Foundation training you will:
• Renew and improve the skills learnt in the Foundation Training
• Learn about the NVC approach to resolving inner conflict
• Explore the “Yes/No” dance floor and Stage 2 of the “13 Steps Dance Floor”
• In conflicts with others learn how to remain centred and break deadlocks
• Understand how this approach to conflict relates to the intention and principles of NVC
• Share the experiences you’ve had applying NVC in your life
• Have plenty of opportunities to practice with your own conflict examples
• Develop your fluency with requests
• Begin exploring needs-based mediation
Pre-requisite: Completion of an NVC Foundation Training with a certified trainer.
