At this training you will:
- Learn to express anger fully without blame, attack or threat.
- Have plenty of practice in using the NVC process for working with anger in your own situations
- Develop your colloquial NVC to increase your sense of authenticity and “naturalness”, and share the experiences you’ve had applying NVC in your life
- Explore the Anger “dance” floor (a spatial map)
- Experiment with stage two of the 13 Steps “dance” floor (Integration & Connection) to support yourself in all kinds of interactions with others
- Practise receiving another person’s anger and being able to remain grounded, safe and self-connected
- Explore ways of responding that increase safety, respect and understanding
- Understand and use connection requests
- Increase your awareness of systemic impacts
- Renew and improve the skills learnt in the Foundation Training
Preparation: Completion of 2 day NVC Foundation Training
