At this training you will:

  • Learn to express anger fully without blame, attack or threat.
  • Have plenty of practice in using the NVC process for working with anger in your own situations
  • Develop your colloquial NVC to increase your sense of authenticity and “naturalness”, and share the experiences you’ve had applying NVC in your life
  • Explore the Anger “dance” floor (a spatial map)
  • Experiment with stage two of the  13 Steps “dance” floor (Integration & Connection) to support yourself in all kinds of interactions with others
  • Practise receiving another person’s anger and being able to remain grounded, safe and self-connected
  • Explore ways of responding that increase safety, respect and understanding
  • Understand and use connection requests
  • Increase your awareness of systemic impacts
  • Renew and improve the skills learnt in the Foundation Training

 

Preparation: Completion of 2 day NVC Foundation Training
